TVora.uk offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date your subscription is activated. If the service cannot be made to work for you after support has had a fair chance to help, you can request a refund within this period.

Before requesting a refund

Please contact support with your order details, device type, app/player name, and a screenshot or description of the issue. Most setup problems can be solved quickly with the right device instructions.

When refunds may not apply

Refunds may be refused where login details have been shared, the issue is caused by unsupported devices, incorrect app setup, weak internet connection, VPN or ISP restrictions, or requests made after the 7-day guarantee period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.

No auto-renewal

TVora.uk plans are prepaid. There are no hidden subscription contracts or automatic renewals unless clearly agreed separately.
